Method-driven operational ecosystem

Certified Installers

Certified installation companies represent a disciplined and trained point of entry of the ecosystem into real facilities and sites. Their role lies not merely in mechanical installation, but above all in the controlled commissioning of the system in accordance with the technical regulations of the ecosystem.

For such companies, an important economic component lies not in one-time installation, but in continuous scheduled maintenance and, where necessary, in the elimination of faults arising in the operation of devices. It is also significant that participation in the service and repair contour does not imply “repair on the knee.” The specialist is required to carry out the technical assignment issued by the Monitoring Center and to replace the defective module or block. No on-site improvisation is required.

Certified Field Engineers. It is important first of all to emphasise that, in accordance with the rules established by the regulator, only specialists holding valid licences to work with fire protection and security systems may be admitted to such work. This requirement applies in full to LSMAD as well. Training in Campus provides only an understanding of the specific nature of work within our ecosystem, but does not in itself grant a licence for such activity.

Certified field engineers are an important and necessary operational element of LSMAD, since the system depends on real inspection, diagnostics, replacement, and technical work at the object level.
